Here you see Surprise in September. After months of supplemental food, brought in by truck, she is looking wonderful again. All of this work is done by Karen Paolillo at the Turgwe Hippo Trust Trust. We have another 2 months of feeding to manage before rains are expected to return and grasses begin to emerge for the animals. Anyone who wishes to join this wonderful effort, may help here
