Simultaneous police reports were lodged in about 5 police stations last night. So far slightly over 30 reports had been lodged but we could do with more. So, anyone wanting to lodge reports can do so at a police station near to them. Here's a sample report - best you save it in a thumb drive and copy and paste at the police station.

Saya ingin membuat laporan polis tentang insiden penderaan seekor anjing oleh beberapa orang pekerja./ajen Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat. Kejadian tersebut telah di ketahui oleh orang ramai apabila video kejadian teresbut di salurkan di Youtube pada May 8, 2011. Video itu menunjukan bagainama pekerja dan ajen Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat telah menyeksa anjing tersebut sebelum menyuntik racun kebadannya. Saya juga mengsyaki yang pekerja yang membuat suntikan tersebut bukanlah seorang doktor veterinar atau pun penolong pegawai veterinar. Jikalau angapan ini betul, Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat dan juga kontraktor/agen menangkap anjing tersebut telah melakukan satu jenayah di bawah Akta Racun. Di bawah Akta ini hanya orang yang berkelayakan boleh mengendalikan suntikan tersebut. Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat juga telah melakukan satu kesalahan dengan melupus anjing tersebut di kawasan perumahan dan juga dengan serta-merta. Saya meggesyaki bahawa peraturan majlis tersebut mengwajibkan bahawa anjing-anjing yang ditangkap hanya boleh di berikan suntikan PTS (put to sleep) selepas di simpan selama tujuh (7) hari di tempat kurungan. Saya juga mendapat tahu yang kontraktor menangkap anjing di bayar sebanyak RM45 untuk seekor anjing dan saya mendapati jumlah ini sangat tinggi. Saya juga ingin memaklumkan yang lapuran polis ini akan di susuli oleh lapuran di Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) kelak.
