Medical Subsidy For 1 Puppy With Eye Injury (Tan Mei Lian�s)

The bill is RM140 (for IV-drip and medication) and we have subsidised RM70 for it. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM25) and Berjaya Cares (RM50).

Dear Dr.Chan, forward the photo and the receipt for this� puppy which i was rescued her at the road side of the wet market. Her eyes was hurt and very sick. so i was brought her to the vet. i sincerely hope that you can subsidy� the half of the medical fees. thanks a lot. Now this white puppy was stay at my house .
