AMY'S BEEN ADOPTED TO CALGARY, CANADA!

Remember “Amy”, the lovely playful girl who we paired with “Red”? She’s just joined her new family (Kelly & Janet) in Calgary & is loving her new world. Here’s a few words from Kelly, Amy’s new dad.

“Being a first time dog owner I’ve had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Amy so far. She’s been a total blessing to myself and Janet. She has transitioned amazingly well from Thailand but it hasn’t been without its quirks. She seemed a little freaked out when seeing a TV for the first time and has a great fear of railway tracks! We hope to take her to her first summit in Kananaskis sometime this weekend Of course we are not able to let her off leash yet but eventually hope to be able to allow that. Thank you very much for taking the time to rescue her and making sure she had the opportunity to connect with us as she is very loved in her new home. “

Thanks so much to Kelly & Janet for taking the lovely Amy into their lives. She is much missed here at the shelter but we are all absolutely delighted she’s found her forever home.
