Medical Subsidy For Bambie, Rescued Cat (Marina Mustapha�s)

This is a follow-up case. The bill is RM63 (RM35 for vaccination, RM5 for wound cleaning, RM8 for deworming and RM15 for skin ointment). We have subsidised RM20 for the vaccination and RM14 for the rest. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM14) and Berjaya Cares (RM20).

Dear Dr Chan,

Bambie’s has his first vaccination today. He is also provided 2nd deworm tablet ( to be taken later today).
Vet prescribed a new type of cream to close up his skin since the majority of the wounds heal nicely.
Bambie still needs daily cleaning & application of the cream medication.

Attached pictures of him at vet/home, copy of receipt, medication & vaccination card details & sticker.

Can I apply medical subsidy as per policy?
I will mail out original receipt tomorrow.
