Food Sponsorship For Mrs Mutharam Vasthilingam�s Rescued Cats

We have fully sponsored RM39,90 worth of canned catfood for Mrs Mutharam’s rescued cats. These cats are rescued from her flat area in Cheras. Her daughter, Kalvi, gets the cats (mostly kittens) adopted through friends and PetFinder.my. So far, 14 cats have been adopted.

We have encouraged Mrs Mutharam to get the cats neutered, vaccinated and medically treated as well. She is welcome to claim from our Medical Fund. We are also helping Mrs Mutharam with catfood subsidy as and when required.

This purchase consists of 8 cats of Friskies, 1 can of Whiskas and 2 cans of Prodiet. Previously, Mrs Mutharam would save up her household expenses to purchase one can per day. Now, with some help from our Food Fund, she is able to purchase a few more cans each time.

This food sponsorship comes from all donors through our Food Fund.

Mrs Mutharam is currently looking after 12 cats. The male cats are all free to roam at the corridor and inside her apartment. Only the females are caged, but now that they are spayed/going to be spayed, they will have more freedom to stretch and play.
