Meet Khwan Ta! A puppy abandoned and left to die

Khwan Ta was part to So Dogs shelter 2 days ago by a local good Samaritan. Khwan Ta had been abandoned in a rubber plantation and left to die. Dumping puppies is a common occurrence unfortunately and underscores the importance of Soi Dogs sterilization program. Our supporters have allowed Soi Dog to sterilize over 50,000 dogs and cats on Phuket alone!
