DRY YOUR TEARS – HELP IS ON THE WAY

Tonight we received a note that begins, “I am crying disperately and I am so sorry to ask you again for HELP.”

The email comes from Cristina Cristescu at the St. Francis Shelter in Romania. She goes on to explain that there has been a distemper outbreak among some of the puppies who arrived at the shelter recently and she’s out of funds to continue to treat them.

“The shelter has no more money even to feed the animals,” Cristina continues. “Our only luck is that we have food in shelter for 3 weeks more from the money you donated recently.”

The Harmony Fund is a special kind of charity because we have the most incredible body of supporters who genuinely care about animals not just close to home, but thousands of miles across the globe. With your blessing we’ll send a donation to Romania tonight to help the dogs. It’s time for Cristina to dry her tears and to be reminded that the distance between us is not that far after all…
