Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Nor Elani Bt Amri�s)

My name is Nor Elani Bt Amri�and I have neutered one female stray cat at a vet clinic�in Wangsa Melawati. She is about 7 months old. I’m going to find her an adopter once she is fully healed. Attached are the pics of her before and after neutering. I would like to apply for neutering subsidy since I’m planning to neuter more strays around my neighborhood. I can’t afford to do it if I dont get some sort of financial assistance. Also attached is the receipt from the local vet I went to. If you need it in hardcopy, I’m more than happy to mail it to you.
