RE : ANIMAL CARE NEUTERING SUBSIDY
Dear DR,CHAN
Forward the form and the bill $150.00 that day.will post to you by tomorrow. thanks a lot.
DR.CHAN. i just catdh a female dog tonight at the roadside. she is on heat now. can i bring her for spraying ?
pls guide me. and i was catch a female black color dog one month.and now she is healty now. can i bring her forspraying ? thanks DR.CHAN.
Just for the record, Ms Tan’s form arrived late, so I called many times throughout the day to her hp to ask for the reason. I was not able to reach Ms Tan (as you can read from below).
This is to explain to everyone (particularly applicants) that IF you have an acceptable reason for posting your form late, could you please take the initiative to inform us about it? We have waived the deadline many times for those who give us an acceptable reason. But for those who simply couldn’t be bothered to explain, not bothered to pick up the phone or reply our emails, what else can we do?
Forgive me for digressing, but this seems to be a malady in today’s society. In my classes, a student walks in late, without a word of apology, without any explanation. I mark him absent (because he very late and he has been told there is only a grace period of 15 minutes before one is marked absent). So his parents receive a letter from the college saying their son has been late for 4 times. His parents march to my boss’ office, thump on the table to demand for an explanation.
And we wonder why there are so many delinquents on the streets these days? And parents blame teachers for not disciplining their children?
Sorry for digressing, back to the topic now…

I very appreciate your help and the stray dogs also thanks to you.
can i still help the stray dogs for spraying ? many people said i am very stupid . but i talk to them i will help them until i die.
Dr,Chan, i meet one untie she was keeping many stray dogs in the kelapa sawit plantation. many female dogs not spraying and now got around 40 pupies just 2 mths. got 90 dogs in the estate. so can DR. Chan help ?
today i bring 2 female dogs for spraying, the dogs was found outside the factory. photo already e-mail to you earllier. thanks your help.
We have pledged our help for all the dogs that Ms Tan looks after. As for the “aunty” in the oil palm plantation, we have informed Ms Tan that the aunty can write to us if she is internet-savvy, failing which Ms Tan can do the emailing for her provided we speak with the aunty on the phone.
And this is totally digressing from the topic, but just in case any of you are teachers and you want to know how I responded to the table-thumping incidents, this is what I did:
I have this super supportive boss who had been enduring all the table-thumping from parents without even telling me because he doesn’t see any need for me to stop my practice. But I felt bad that he had to endure and put up with these demanding parents, so I changed.
Yes, I did.
I scrapped my “15 minute” rule and changed it to giving graded quizzes at the very beginning of the lesson. For eg, if class starts at 8am, there will be a pop quiz (no warning given) at 8am sharp. The quiz is only for 5 minutes, so if you come late, sorry, it’s not my fault. And all the marks are counted and contribute to their grades.
The students started coming in punctually.
The parents stopped appearing at my boss’ office. No dents on his table anymore.
My boss is smiling.
And so am I.
