In view of the above, which we hope is only an isolated case, we strongly advise all applicants to keep a photocopy of all receipts, just in case. If you post by ordinary mail, it should arrive (during non-festive seasons) in 5 days. If after 7 days, you do not receive an email from us advising you on the subsidy payment, please email us to enquire if your form has been received.
If it still hasn’t arrived, please arrange to deliver the photocopy (certified by the vet) to us together with the form.
