The highway police patrol intercepted the dog smuggler pickup truck again in Sakolnakorn province only 15 hours after the first interception. The pickup truck has been modified for dog snatching purpose, 90 dogs (approx.) and dog napping tools were found on the truck. ” 1 of 2 suspects arrested is a major dog slaughterer. ”

This dog snatching truck was being followed by volunteers of AAA the whole week. We couldn�t miss this truck, if so, these dogs would go to local slaughter house in Thailand and end up to be sun dried dog sold in particular market well known among dog eater.

Our volunteers AAA & soidog were on the field to do primary care of these dogs and have been contacting with Nakornpanom Livestocks Authorities in order to take these dogs to Nakornpanom Shelter later tonight!!!!!

Thank you very much to Pol. Gen. Chalermkiat Srivorakhan and Pol. Gen. Jakthip Chaijinda for their strict policy and strong action on this illegal dog meat trade along with the highway police patrol. Also thank you to Mr. Chusak Pongpanit, Head of Nakornpanom Shelter and his team to get the shelter ready for these DMT survivors.
