Hi Dr Chan,
My name is Pang May Ki (as per IC). I am an independent rescuer, not joining any organisation. I feed around 25++ cats at my house area. This white cat is one of the cats I’m feeding daily. Actually I started bring them for neutered and re-home from last year June. But now I found that their amounts still increasing. I think I had re-home at least 20 cats, and released 5 cats. Currently foster 11 cats and kittens for re-home. But now those stray cats back to around 25++ cats again.
Doctor advised me to change my way, released after spayed instead of re-home. Because re-home take long time and their population increasing very fast. From now on I will neutered 1-2 cats a week. I never claim any subsidy before, but currently my costs for maintain those cats are high. So I hope you can approved my application for neutering this cat. I didn’t apply any subsidy from other organisation for this cat.
Please check the attachment for the cat before and after spayed, and the receipt I get from vet. I am understood that the maximum subsidy for neutering cat is RM100.
(Name of vet, clinic, address and contact details provided)
Thank you.
Regards,
May Ki
