This reminds me what a vet once told me, that if your pet is healthy and given good nutrition, s/he will not have fleas or ticks.

Or that if your child is given good nutrition, s/he will grow out of her/his allergies.

All in good time, I suppose.

Or, what a friend once told me about weeds: They play a role and contribute to the balance of nature, do not weed them out.

So it goes that our life is all about the balance between the positive and the negative. We need them both.
