Spaying Subsidy For 2 Female Cats (Lim Swee Yen�s)

Hi Dr. Chan,

I would like to apply for a subsidy for the spaying of 2 female cats – Thong Thong and Venus.

Here are their stories:

Thong Thong was found with a severely swollen eyeball. I rescued her from an irresponsible cat owner who does not care for her cats properly. After much argument with the owner, I finally managed to take this kitty home.�Thong Thong’s�eye has already ruptured and she now has to live with one eye.�If only her owner�took her to the vet earlier for treatment.�Thong Thong is now under my care�and is still looking for a good home.

Venus is a very timid stray that recently appeared in my neighbourhood. As the male cats are already�starting to surround�her, she needed to be spayed as soon as possible and thankfully my mother managed to catch her. She created quite a havoc at the vet as she was really nervous�due to�the new surroundings. It would be quite difficult to rehome this little one. I have rescued so many cats and I�have never seen one this timid.
