Updates On 3rd Jul 2013

Earlier this week, we received a call about a puppy who needed rescue. Imagine our Animal Rescue Officer’s surprise (and horror) when he arrived on the scene. A paper bag was left at the void deck of Block 359, Yuan An Road, but this wasn’t any paper bag – there was a puppy in it. Our officer immediately took the puppy out of the bag and transported her back to our shelter.

Our consultant vet checked the puppy and fortunately, she had no injuries or illnesses. This darling three-month-old girl is now in our holding area, eating well and enjoying the company of another puppy in the same kennel.

This little girl is ready for a second chance at finding a good home. Unfortunately, she is NOT HDB-approved. If you are interested in adopting her and can promise her forever, please contact us at shelter@spca.org.sg.

We will counsel all interested parties and find the best fit for this little girl. Standard adoption fees apply (http://www.spca.org.sg/services_adoption_information.asp).
