Hi it�s Cristy!

I would like to thank all of you who have been sending me love & healing & have been including me in your prayers. I had no idea until I was in Gill�s arms that there was so much love in the world for creatures like me. For weeks now since I lost all my fur & could not find food humans have been turning their backs on me in revulsion, some have even thrown stones at me to make me go away. Now I am here at Soi Dog I realise the world is not as bad as I thought. Do you know I get 2 meals a day & they are so tasty? I am scared though that they may stop doing this so I gobble it down as fast as I can. Gill also comes to see me every day & gives me some very tasty treats, huge loves & cuddles which I just adore.

Dr Su gives my carers pills for me to take, they think I don�t know they are in my food, but I do! I do smile in a secret way about this. I know they are to make me ok again & I can�t really taste them so it�s ok.

I heard Dr Su & Gill talking about me after I had my blood taken, it seems I have something called a blood parasite & demodectic mange, which is why I have these tablets to take. I also have a high white blood cell count too, but as I heard them say it�s not surprising as I have so many small sores & my skin is so red & angry. I also have a cough but not a bad one & Gill says that I can�t have a bath for a few days until it�s getting better, I have no idea what a bath is so am not sure weather to look forward to it or not.

Gill keeps telling me about all the nice messages you are sending to make me well again; this is so nice & never knew humans cared like this. She tells me that it�s all of you out there who send money to Soi Dog so that they can help me & that she can only help me because of people like you. This is so amazing & please keep sending in what you can not only for me but so others like me can be helped.

Can I ask you a favour? After coming to Soi Dog I have met many other dogs who Soi Dog has rescued. Gill tells me there are over 400 here!
