Vaccination Subsidy For 2 Female Cats (Nicole Kuang Wei Fen�s)

We have subsidised RM40 for the two vaccinations and RM5 for the deworming. This subsidy comes from our Medical Fund.

After 2 months of treatment, these 2 girls almost recover from sensitive digestion, they need 1st vaccination and can be open for adoption.

I would like to apply for subsidy for 1st vaccination for Xiu-Ding & Xiu-Fa.
