Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Lim Swee Yen�s)

Hi�Dr. Chan,

I would like to apply for a subsidy for the neutering of�1 female cat.

Here is her story: This kitten was rescued from the engine of the car parked at a park. I heard her cries as I was jogging at the park and traced it to the car. Rescuing her was an unforgettable experience. I managed to coax her out of the engine many times but each time she would jump back into the engine as my hand stretches to grab her. After about an hour, my friend finally managed to grab her by the tail. She hissed but as soon as she was in my arms, she started purring and I carried her all the way back to my car. Now she is finally ready to be neutered!
