Dog Nappers Nabbed!

While emergency veterinary relief teams continue work in Nakhon Phanom to save as many dogs as possible 13 more dogs rescued from smugglers have arrived. On Thursday around 11 pm a truck with 13 dogs was intercepted in Kuchinaria District of Kalasin Province by operatives of the Nong Mase Sub district Police Station.

The dogs were taken to the Nakhon Phanom Shelter the next day. The dogs were in good condition with the majority looking like stolen pets.
