A BOY CALLED FRAN…He hasn’t found a home yet…

Fran lost his eye in a road accident & now lives at the Soi Dog Shelter here in Phuket. Fran is a chilled out little guy with a very sweet, calm disposition. He loves attention from people & really enjoys his time with volunteers. He loves affection & would make a great companion.
