Neutering Sponsorship For 1 Male Cat (Chua Ru Chia�s)

My name is Ru Chia, I am a housewife living in Cheras. I found an approx 6 months old stray kitten by roadside, I would like to send him for neutering in next couple of weeks. I heard from a friend that you are giving subsidy for neutering stray cat, I�m interested to apply for it.

Please let me know the procedure for subsidy application. Thank you so much.

Thank You for your advice Dr Chan. My family have another male cat and he met this kitty and they get along very well. I’m sure he will find a good home There is a possibility we adopt, or for relatives to adopt. He is a cute boy, I feel bad to return him to the street.
