Medical Subsidy For 1 Parvo Puppy (Lester Hiew Thiam Hock�s)

We have subsidised RM462.50 for this parvo puppy, Terri’s, treatment. Terri was rescued by Lester Hiew (a student) and his mother, Jenny Khong Chin Chin (a homemaker).

The total bill for Terri is RM525. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM131.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM131) which makes up 50% of the bill, and the extra funds come from Kok Khee Wee (RM100) and Ti-Ratana Penchala (RM100).

good evening Dr Chan,

we found Terri on 16/4/13 straying with 2 other female dogs. we highly suspect that someone dumped them away.
we then brought Terri to the vet in Bukit Tinggi 2 for a medical checkup and etc.

on 24/4/13, the vet confirmed that Terri has Parvo virus after she stopped eating and there was blood in her stool and vomit.

my mother explained Terri’s situation to another vet in Kota Kemuning (she was there to take home a stray who we spayed) and the vet there kindly gave my mum RetroMAD1 for Terri.
The first vet then gave Terri the medicine.

on 27/4/13, Terri’s condition has improved tremendously and has started eating again.
now, Terri is all better already and she is still in the vet’s.

attached are the pictures to show Terri’s conditions.

we would like to apply for the subsidy for Terri’s treatment.
i would like to clarify and confirm that we are not asking for funds from anyone and anywhere else.
