Iwant tospaymy2 other cats 1male & 1 female,butI can’t afford it,I hopeDr.Chancouldsubsidizemeif you can notgivesubsidyfor2 cats,1 catis enough for me.
I also want to spay 1 female stray cat that i always feed near my house.
