WHEELCHAIR PUPS RACES HAPPILY DOWN DIRT PATH IN BULGARIA!

Last month many of the Harmony Fund supporters reached out to help four separate rescue squads in Bulgaria including Little Angels Rescue BG. Here you see one of the little moments of joy for a dog named Minnie who can now run again despite partial paralysis. We have tremendous respect for the women who lead this rescue group and for the tremendous ripple effect they are creating in their community.
