We are appealing for any eye witnesses on this case where a member of the public found four cats allegedly abandoned at Blk 505 Jelapang Road (Bukit Panjang) Level 2 Lift Lobby. Prior to that, the cats were also seen on the 11th level near unit #11-450 of the same block.

If you can help identify any owner/s or person/s that may be responsible for this cruel act, please call the SPCA at 6287 5355 ext 9.
