Chris Hoar of Pet Pardons writes, “Helping animals doesn’t have to be hard & it doesn’t even have to cost a penny. It can be as simple as putting out a fresh bowl of water each morning so the little winged ones can have a drink and clean their wings. This bowl is very popular at the Hoar House, at least 100 birds a day stop by for a visit, up to 200 on holiday weekends, tourists i presume.”
