Updates On Cherry Berry (Siti Azura Juih�s)

Hi Dr Chan,I would like to update about cherry berry medical follow up.

She was brought to the vet clinic this morning. The vet has shown me her blood result

Total protein – 10.1 gm/dl (normal: 6.1 – 8.8) albumin – 1.8 g/dl (normal: 2.6 – 4.3) globulin – 8.3 (normal: 2.0-5.0)

It is suggestive that she is the FIP carrier. Anyway, I always pray that she will never ever contract with the fatal disease.

The vet has done the FIV and FeLV test to rule out the growth causes. Fortunately, the tests turned out to be negative. Thanks God for the good news.� Thus, the vet suggested that the growth might be due to allergans such as mites and food. The vet has given her the frontline spot on. Since the steroid last for two weeks (she was given on 29/3), so it will be given on this coming friday visit.
