DBKU Dog & Cat Neutering Campaign

Happening on:��6 and 7 April 2013 (Saturday & Sunday)
Time 8.30am to 12.30pm�
Venue: DBKU Kaunter Pembayaran, Jalan Satok

Payment: RM40 for each neutering form. Balance of the Neutering/Spaying Fee will be subsidized by DBKU. Maximum 3 pets per household only.
(Just so you know, neutering fees charged by local veterinary clinics ranges from RM60-RM200 or more, so can save a lot of money�if you have a few pets)

PLEASE BRING:
Proof of Residence�

ICWater BillElectricity BillAssessment Bill(Address stated on the IC or Bill��must be under DBKU area)

For Dog Owners:
Your Dog License- If you do not have one, you can apply on the spot with DBKU staff for RM10.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING:
Your Pets!! You would have to call the assigned clinics to make an appointment for your cat or dog AFTER you obtain the form.�

SSPCA team will also be there to hold a pet adoption and sale of our merchandise (T-Shirts, Notebooks & Calendars)

Come early to avoid disappointment!
