Medical Subsidy For Hope, Dog With Injured Testicle (Eng Geok Bees)

Mdm Eng Geok Bee feeds the stray dogs in the Semenyih and Broga area. Recently, she rescued this dog with an injured testicle and the bill is RM690 for the scrotum removal surgery, medication, vaccination and required hospitalisation. We have subsidised RM345 for this case from our Medical Fund (50% of the bill) and Ti-Ratana Penchala Community Centre has subsidised RM100, making it a total subsidy of RM445 for the dog.
As Mdm Eng is not IT-savvy, her friend, Lai Mei Kueen, has done all the emailing on her behalf, but I have personally spoken to Mdm Eng and also verified the case with the vet who treated the dog.

Dear Dr Chan,
Attached are the photos of testicle dog that the vet had done the operation. The vet had removed the stitches and he is almost recovered.Mdm Eng is discharging this dog first as the other 2 still require time to recuperate. As she do not have place to keep them, she had nochoice but to board at the vet instead of letting out and let the wound deteriorate.The vet had removed the scrotal and testicle and it is also vaccinated.I will submit this bill to you first and Mdm Eng had passed me a thank you to pass it on to you.
