We need this person to become a witness and give us a statement for a police report, otherwise we cannot proceed without any witnesses or evidence! SPCA Selangor is an animal welfare organisation based in Ampang Jaya, Selangor. The aim of the SPCA is to protect defenseless animals and to alleviate their suffering.
