We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Buffy, a female community cat looked after by Veronica Ong.

Dear Dr Chan,

We have sent Buffy to the Vet last Sunday for neutering and have collected her yesterday evening.

As requested, attach please find the before and after photos of Buffy,�the duly completed Neutering Subsidy Form and receipt from the Vet for your necessary action.

We will send the original copies of the form and receipt to you via Post Ekspres this Monday.
