We have subsidised RM200 for the neutering of 2 female cats.

Dear Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for subsidy for another stray female cat found in my school compound. The thing is these cats would give birth in the staffroom or any room that they find suitable. This also causes unnecessary stress for some teachers who do not like cats.
