Dog Meat Smugglers Arrested 12-03-2013

As previously report early this morning dog meat smugglers were intercepted by the Royal Thai Navy (Mekong patrol) in the NE province of Bungkan. It has now been reported that 154 dogs were saved.

Information obtained shortly after the arrest may lead to further arrests higher up the smugglers organizational chain.
