Update On The Recent Arrest Of Dog Nappers In Kalasin Province On 27-02-2013
Two arrests were made of drivers of 2 trucks carrying stolen dogs in the Somdej District of Kalasin Province late the night of 27-02. Officers of the Royal Thai Police acting on information supplied by Soi Dog’s undercover investigators established a check point and apprehended the dog nappers. 169 dogs in total were involved with 38 already having died (probably of suffocation/heat) when intercepted.
