Urgent!!! Need help ASAP!!!

I just found an abandoned female tzi tzu near by my apartment area, It was pity as I spot it down street, I already bath it and apply medicine as found some wound around her body. hopefully someone may help me on it because the apartment resident policy not allow resident to breed the dog inside apartment area. I just can keep it for a short time, plz plz help me on it

We shall be working alongside with MDDB, Selangor with the aim of helping more animals in need and to create a cleaner society whereby the population of strays could be put under control humanely by practicing CNRM (Catch, Neuter, Rehome/Release, Manage).
