Neung Gets Busy!

Animals in captivity quickly become bored, so its important to give them different things to do several times a day, every day, to make their lives as interesting as they can be. Our animal caregivers at the ACRES Lao Wildlife Sanctuary have been busy coming up with ways to keep Neung, the rescued young bear, busy and stimulated and encourage her to exercise and explore her natural behaviours. As you can see from these pictures, Neung has been having a whale of a time trying out her new enrichment!
