Meet Spooky! ...

Meet Spooky!…What a great little fellow! Spooky arrived just a week or so ago at Soi Dogs shelter late one evening after an urgent telephone call.Khun Sanae one of Soi Dogs animal rescue officers rushed to collect Spooky. Fortunately Sanae is one of the most amazing people in gaining an animals trust. Many of the dogs Soi Dog rescues have been victims of abuse but somehow Sanae is able to establish a relationship of trust with them very quickly.Particularly important in Spookys case as (as his name implies) he is a most wary dog and very frightened. Spooky was a victim of a road accident and dogs are often quite difficult to catch when in post-accident trauma.Spooky has spinal injury following road accident. Dr. Su and the shelter staff are working with him towards better mobility and progress being made.Spooky was covered in ticks when he arrived at the shelter and may very well have blood parasites. Being shy and a bit of an underdog he would not have survived much longer if left on the streetsShivers Puppy Care Club was established to help vulnerable puppies like Spooky. Your monthly Puppy Love Gift is a gift of life, to very needy puppies like Spooky. Your gift goes straight towards treating, feeding & caring for these tiny creatures. If you’d like to make a difference in the lives of our youngest & most vulnerable residents, please consider joining Shivers Puppy Care Club today at: http://www.soidog.org/en/puppy-care-club/
