Dear Kah Yein,
I wish to apply neutering subsidy for this (2013) TNR-01.
He & his sister were found at Taman Connaught when they are few months old.
My friend call me immediately when she saw them.
I go to bring them home and feeding them at my housing area.
Luckily, his sister was adopted by someone, but he is left.
After keeping him for his age of 9 months old, I decide to bring him to vet for neutering.
He is about 9 months old, male cat.
