Hi Dr,

My grandma’s pet shih-tzu has been missing from her home in Puchong
since Monday 21 January 2013, from about 12.30pm. We have ben trying
to find him but have not been successful.

My family and I would be grateful if you could assist us by posting up
a notice of our missing dog, Ben. He has been my grandma’s companion
for almost 11 years now and she misses him terribly.

His name is Ben, a healthy, 11 year old male Shih-Tzu. Neutered,
vaccinated and microchipped. Last seen at Saujana Puchong on 21 Jan
2013, 12.30 pm.

I’ve attached a photo of Ben too.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated, Doctor.
