Jason will be getting the dogs spayed soon at another vet. The dogs are up for adoption.

I came across your great work on animal rescue through your blog and books that i obtained from BGF. I would like to seek advise from you regarding this.
In my old neighbourhood (Sri Serdang), there are two female stray puppies. I used to give them food and now they are about 6-7 months old. However, i moved to Puchong last November so the two dogs are now wandering around my old place and i was told that my ex-neighbours and few others are feeding them daily.
Recently, i noticed one of them is on heat and there are male dogs around so i am worried she might get pregnant. I came across your CNRM initiative and am very keen with the idea.
I have made calls to a vet this morning but they insist that i have them vaccinated before they will proceed with the neutering procedure. I was made aware that this is going to take at least two months from now. A private vet in Puchong will only be available to offer the service next week but with higher charges as compared to the first vet.
What would you advise in this situation? I do not mind paying for the spaying procedures and i have few friends who are willing to share the costs. I hope they can be adopted as i am worried the council people might come and capture them.
