While we were busy distributing books at Petfinder's Carnival this weekend, Huey was helping me distribute books in Penang at the Penang Animal Sanctuary Society's (PASS) booth on Penang Street!
PASS is a proposed no-kill sanctuary and they are in the process of raising funds to set up their sanctuary now.

Just came back from the market. The volunteers are still there but I need to come back and start working so... :)
Here are 3 photos I took this morning, with your books. I forgot to bring a 'stand' that I made with 'Free for Distribution' on it. But never mind. We told people these are free for distribution and are written by a rescuer from K.L. Parents love that they can read to their children. :) The lady on the left in the second photo is the one that I've been working with. She read a bit of Rainbow Bridge yesterday and said it's really a good book to plant the seed of kindness in children. Here are more photos if you are interested:
I was there for about 3 hours, left at 12pm+, by then more than half of Rainbow Bridge has been distributed, and about half of Indy Jones and Pawprints on my Heart also distributed. I left some with them - since I don't want them to carry too many things back in case we have leftovers, and will be contacting the PASS's advisor, Dr Lim, as he mentioned that he is interested to put some at his vet clinic too. He mentioned that he is currently distributing some Buddhist books and DVDs at his place already. :)
Do you have more that you'd like me to bring back to distribute? I'll be KL again this Thursday. I'm hoping that I can sell most of my products next weekend so I don't have to bring too many back, haha. But in case I can't bring, my uncle (the potential future rescuer) makes regular trip back to Penang too so he can always help me bring back.
