Hi Dr Chan,

still remember the two female stray dog?
1 of them already been spayed, now is time for another one as well,
she just delivered 3 months ago, hope she not so fast get pregnant again.
i planing to send her in these few days. can i request for the neutering subsidy and vaccination subsidy?
i’ll post you the forms and the receipts after the surgery, thank you.
