Hi Dr. Chan,
I would like to apply for subsidy for spaying of Lulu, one of the pups that i have rescued together with the mommy dog from wet market. I have just sent her for spaying just now and the fee is RM 240.00.
Attached is the picture of Lulu. Let me know if there is any other info or details that i might have missed out.
