These two are follow-up cases. We have subsidised RM29.50 for the mother-dog and RM27 for the puppy (with distemper).

Dear Dr Chan,My mum have brought the mother-dog to the clinic for check up on monday.Her tail become very worse and fur drop off on buttocks and tail.She is having rashes on her body as well.Was told by doctor suspected having mange and giving an injection.Doctor suggested to be on injection weekly ad have to take antibiotics twice a day for its rashes.Attached here with the letter written by doctor and a photo of the mother-dog.

Dear Dr Chan,
The vet i brought her earlier don’t have stock for one of the medicine, soI’ve brought the pup to another vet last night cause i saw that she is getting more serious and suffer. She can’t even stand up and doesn’t want to eat yesterday morning. I was told that this pup is at the third stage of distemper.
Doctor told me that 97% the pup can’t be survived even we continue the medication treatment.
She gave me two option. First is continue to give the pup medicine till the end until she is really can’t survive. Second is just put to sleep if we don’t want her to be suffer anymore.
The doctor gave me 3 days of medicine and want me to think what i wanna do next.
I am stuck in between and have no idea what to do next.
Kindly give me some advise on it.
