Dear Dr. Chan,

I met a stray kitten, Teddy on 24/11/2012, I would like to deworm him and give vaccine before put for adoption in an adoption drive in Rawang ( I tried to post on FB too, so far yet to have any good news). May I apply subsidy for this poor kitten? Attached is the photo of this kitten, thank you.
