Subsidy Payout Only To Three Banks

Dear applicants,

Please note that effective 1st January 2013, our subsidy payouts will only be channeled to three banks – MBB, PBB and CIMB. The revised subsidy forms are here and also in our links:

AnimalCare Medical Subsidy

If you do not have accounts in any one of these three banks, please state the name of your bank on the form and we would have to deduct RM2 from your total claim, for the interbank transaction. Please note that interbank transfers will take 2-3 working days.

Another option is to use a family member’s bank account in any one of these 3 major banks (but we will need an email from the family member to certify that he/she allows his/her bank account to be used for this purpose).

The reason we started with 5 petty cash accounts was so that we do not have to absorb the interbank transfer fee when making payouts. As you know, we make so many payouts in a month so the RM2 transaction can come up to quite a tidy sum. But now, maintaining 5 petty cash accounts is really taking a toll on me.
