I met this young male cat in Sri Petaling.

I manage to catch this cat to the vet for neutering.

Surgery will be done either this evening or tomorrow.

I called this cat Xiu-Fu (see vet).

Files attached are the photos taken today.

I wish to apply Neutering Subsidy for Xiu-Fu (See Vet).
