Neutering Subsidy For 3 Cats (Nicole Kuang Wei Fen�s)

We have fully sponsored RM200 for the neutering of 2 male cats (Leng Zai and B&W) and subsidised RM100 for the spaying of 1 female cat (Dan-Dan).

Dear Kah Yein,I want to apply for subsidy for Cat spay / neuter (Leng-Zai)

I manage to catch a young (around 2years) male cat for spay / neuter today 22/11/2012.and he was already sent to the vet (Sri Petaling) for operation today.

I would like to apply for subsidiary for it.This is the photo of the male cat, i call him Leng-Zai.
I will take more photo of her when i bring her from vet. and send to you later.

Morning Kah Yein,

Another busy morning for me.

I found a young adult male cat, i called him “Black-White” having sun-bath in front of my house.

I try to approach him and manage to catch him to vet for spay / neuter surgery.

I found that there are few wounds on his hand & leg. And 1 of wound is quiet big and maybe already infection. Clear photo of those wound will be send to you later.

I ask doctor to take picture of those wound when he was ” anesthetize or sleep”.

He is at the vet in Sri Petaling. Late afternoon will do the surgery & medical checking.

I wish to apply subsidy for neuter and medical treatment for this Black-White.

Files attached are the picture of Black-White and his wounds.

Morning Kah Yein,

The Black-White’s wound on his leg is normal injured. Not serious. So no claim for medical subsidy, only neuter subsidy.
