From our agent in N. Thailand. The trader (driver) is a local resident of Petchaboon province and from the interview, we found that the driver will trade the dogs within Petchaboon area thereafter another dealer will come to buy the dogs from him, then transfer these dogs to Kosumpisai district which thereafter will move to the hidden shelter in the wood in Mahasarakram and once they have a good number to ship, they will ship the dogs over to Laos. These 14 survivors are now at Petchaboon Livestock Shelter but there is possibility that they will be transfer to Buriram Shelter. Ps. have received report through FB regarding the movement of this pick up, so he inform the local police to arrange the arrest and arrange with DLD officer to process this arrest. Photos captured and have been forwarded by DLD officer. This is the second such arrest in 2 weeks and marks a welcome initiative on the part of the authorities to apprehend the actual dog rustlers who steal dogs and then sell on to the bigger fish.
